Therapy can be a transformative process that can open people up to a deeper part of themselves. Entering therapy is a courageous act. I have great appreciation for the strength my clients bring to the therapeutic process. One of my first goals in that process is to create a trusting, safe, and collaborative relationship. I am dedicated to providing my clients with thoughtful, compassionate, individual counseling therapy and art therapy to help bring about personal growth and change.
In this image you can see the table where we can do Art Therapy. There are many options for art making. Paint, collage, pastels, watercolor, and mixed media work. I'm open to exploring other art ideas that a client wants to explore as well.
